HIKING & CYCLING
The imposing mountains of Crete along with the unbelievable beauty of the landscape offer a pleasant hiking experience. Richtis Gorge is located just an hour away from Sitia centre. It is a state-protected park with abundant vegetation and its magical waterfall that flows constantly even during the summer months. Richtis’s waterfall is the central attraction of the place. Hiking through the gorge ends up to an isolated beach.

WINDSURFING
East Crete with the great beach of Kouremenos is one of the best places in Greece for passionate lovers of windsurfing. Enjoy the Meltemi especially through the months of July and August when the wind blows strongly in the area. At the beach there is a well-organized school for windsurfing, manned by professional teachers, supplying equipment and giving lessons to both beginners and experienced windsurfers.
