Booking Cancelation Policy
Guests are asked to timely inform GM Exclusive Luxury Suites & Spa for any changes or cancellations concerning their reservation.
In case of cancelation our policy is the following shall apply:
Reservation with “Flexible Price”: Full refunding if cancelation is applied 14 days before the arrival date.
Reservation with“Non Refundable Price”: For any time cancelation there is no refundable amount.

Cancellation cutoff times: Cutoff times are in the trip’s local time
Coupons: Coupons are non-refundable
Service fees: Service fees for stays are non-refundable if you cancel after your reservation’s free refund period ends.
